Customers: Because the Faustine Phantom
is in such high demand, we are unable to produce them fast enough, therefore
we're putting customers on a waiting list and contacting them when there is
a new production run coming up. The current wait time is around 6
months. We are hoping to reduce that time, but if you are interested
in getting a Phantom, be prepared to wait. Please read all of the
information on this page and if you find it agreeable, contact us at list3@faustineamps.com
and request to be put on the waiting list. We
will not collect your deposit until we are ready to produce your unit.
Please don't send any payment until you have been notified by Faustine to do
so.
Future Production Runs: In the past several months,
we’ve been overwhelmed with Phantom orders and have put customers on a waiting list.
We have been optimizing the fabrication processes, hunting for the best prices on parts, and looking for expert manufacturing assistance to help with production, which
we were determined to keep in the USA. As a result, we're very excited to tell you that
we will be working with a production partner starting with the third run. This manufacturer is just as meticulous with their products as
we are with the Phantom, so we're confident that the quality will remain unchanged. Further,
we will be inspecting, testing, and putting the finishing touches on each unit personally before it ships.
Production Run Details: Phantoms will be built in batches of 100 units per run.
When a new
production run is coming up, we will contact people on the waiting list to
take your deposit payment and give you details about that production run
schedule.
New Pricing: We’ve been busy making the necessary changes to more efficiently meet the increased demand and still provide each of you with a superior product. As a result of these changes, current production costs have increased, as was expected. But as a courtesy,
we have kept the increase to a minimum of $50.00 per unit. The new price for the Faustine Phantom Dx will be
$799.00 USD, beginning with the next production run.
Customer Payments: A deposit of
$450 will put you in line for production. If you wish to pay the full amount of
$799,
feel free to do so. If you are ordering more than one Phantom, adjust your payment accordingly.
When a production run is coming up, customers on the waiting list will be
notified to send their deposit payments. Please
don't send your payment until you have been notified by Faustine.

If you’re a California resident, you’ll be required to pay CA sales tax. Your balance, sales tax (if applicable), and shipping charges must be paid prior to delivery.

If you wish to use this option, contact Faustine via e-mail for the required
information (Swift Code, Acct Number, etc.).
Unfortunately, PayPal
policies prevent us from using their service, and they are
no longer a payment option.
Shipping Options: Shipping
weight for the Phantom is 10 lbs. (4.5 Kg). Faustine uses either
UPS,
Federal Express,
or
USPS
Priority Mail for all shipments within the US, and
USPS Express Mail International for international shipments.
Refund Policy: If your Faustine Phantom
attenuator doesn't perform to your satisfaction, you
may return the unit to Faustine Amplifiers within 30 days of delivery for a
complete refund of the purchase price. The unit must be in perfect
working condition and undamaged (both cosmetically and functionally) to
receive a full refund.

instructions. Faustine is not responsible for return shipping fees.
